For property valuation we review comparative market analysis, zoning information, current mortgages/liens registered on the property, assessment information, tax analysis and provide due diligence recommendations.


Leigh Sugar, Broker


I understand how important your Real Estate holdings can be to the success of your financial portfolio. My previous banking career has provided me with executive experience in personal and business finance. 


By combining my finance background with my real estate practice I can help you obtain better financing rates, credit packages, or real estate investment alternatives such as Self Directed RRSP mortgages. I enjoy working with all clients from the first time home buyer to the seasoned seller of a country estate property.


I am passionate about Real Estate. I love renovating, building, investing, buying and selling Real Estate. Over the past four years, I have renovated two homes and have worked with a fabulous builder to design and build our current home. This experience has helped me to develop an extensive network of professionals in the financing and housing market place that I would highly recommend.


My marketing services include a professionally designed web site, Internet marketing, and print media such as: magazines, newspapers and direct mail. I have lived, worked and raised a family in York Region and have in-depth community knowledge. I promise personal service to all of my customers, and I am available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days per week. I am dedicated with a positive and ethical attitude and have a driving desire to succeed.

Taylor Sugar, Broker / Team Manager



Taylor has been involved in the real estate industry since 2008 and became a Broker in 2012. He has excelled at roles in property valuation, investment properties, contract negotiation, property research and power of sale properties.  Taylor focuses on finding a balance between lifestyle and financial goals for his clients and views every home as an investment. He specializes in creating detailed written opinion of value reports to ensure all of our clients receive the best possible value in every transaction.


Outside of the resale industry Taylor is also an avid residential rental investor and personally manages a portfolio of rental properties.  Taylor lives in the Glenway subdivision in Newmarket and was raised in Aurora & Whitchurch-Stouffville.



David Fletcher, Sales Representative



David has been active in the Newmarket/Aurora business community for over 24 years with Magna International managing a plant with over 500 employees. He has been a real estate agent for 4 years and has been involved in multiple residential buy/renovate/sell projects over the last decade. David has lived in Holland Landing for the last 12 years and specializes in Holland Landing, Keswick, East Gwillimbury, Uxbridge, Innisfil & Newmarket.



Martin Wales, Sales Representative / Marketing Manager



Martin specializes in creating all of the marketing materials for Sugar Team listings. The marketing process begins with a professional photographic shoot and laser measurement of every home after which Martin creates custom floor plans, virtual tours and designs high quality feature sheets. His strong technical, design and printing skill sets are a great asset to every real estate marketing plan.



Alexander Popiez, Sales Representative



Before entering the Real Estate Industry Alexander owned and operated a marketing business across South Western Ontario. His educational background in marketing and graphic design has contributed to his strengths in professional photography, social media, design, marketing and customer service. His creative training and high energy consistently provides an innovative perspective when creating a unique individual marketing program for each home. Alexander works closely with the Sugar Team to provide specialized services to the condo and townhouse real estate consumer.
